Hello, I am a female U.S citizen (Cambodian descent) and I want to marry my fiance, who is a Cambodian citizen. We filed for a k-1 visa back in April 2017 and we were recently denied because they just do not believe that our relationship is real. So now, our only other option is for me to go to Cambodia to get married to him and when I return, I will file for a spousal visa instead. I can take about 3 weeks max in Feb 2018 from my job to go over and get married. I'm worried that the process will take longer.
Does anyone know how long it will take beginning to end. And what are the exact steps and what are paperwork that I need in order to legally marry my fiance and get him to he states with me??? This whole thing is so stressful and I just don't know where to start. The process of getting married in Cambodia is so confusing with too many steps from what I've read. Please help!!!!
Process of getting married in Cambodia??

I wonder why they don't think it's real. I know that the US requires that you have, at a minimum, met the fiance in person before they can be issued the visa, which seems reasonable to me. But that's just a minimum, if you've only met briefly, and if the Cambodian is richer than you, they might be concerned that the marriage is fraudulent and that you're being paid to marry him.
I think you being Cambodian-American works against you here too. When a wealthier old American dude marries a younger, poorer Cambodian woman, like in the typical scenario, there's less concern that it's fraudulent and that he's being paid to do it. When a Cambodian-American marries a Cambodian, there seems to be a higher risk that someone is essentially "selling" citizenship.
Anyway, if you marry in early 2018 I think you're looking at 2019 before he can move to the USA on a spousal visa.
The visajourney.com website may have more helpful information about all this than Khmer440.
Good luck.

To get the process completed in 3 weeks may be possible, but it will cost you a shitload of tea-money. Realistically you'll be looking at a minimum 2 months, up to 6 months, until the MoI issues the Authorisation to Marry letter.
Have sent you a PM with detailed instructions on what is required and the process.

I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
