Never mind.

You are making me want to get on the rum wagon too. Did you get that at Psar Kandal? Not had a rum in ages, don't like Bundaberg at all, Captain Morgan ok ish, used to like Coruba but not seen it in years. Gotta try that Diplomatico now...

Haha, fucking mamajuana, the Dominican cure all. Plus 1 for the BrugalXV, some of the best rum I've ever drank. That and a Columbian rum, but I can't remember the name of it.

Migs Current now on the Samai after finishing the mount vlad and saving whats left of the diplomatico. I’m still no expert but holy dick this tastes rough. There is a sharp after bite as it goes down and that’s WITH a splashy of water! Even the fumes in the glass are super sharp pungent. For $10 extra the diplomatico is a no brainer.i love the chocolate smooth dark liquid.

In my opinion and experience the two best places to buy very good spirits, and both owned by the same company but with each branch operating under a different name, are:
Mean Sok Heng Wine & Spirits Shop # 166, Sihanouk Blvd - Circa 4 shops along from the Lucky Supermarket and next door to the incomplete high rise building. Phnom Penh
Little John's Wine & Spirits Shop # 415 Sisowath Quay - directly opposite the Himawari Hotel
Great selection of rums and 61 different gins that I counted last week.
As for Whisky, which I don't like or drink, several hundred to chose from and many of them rare single malts. The store manager here is a diminutive Cambodian woman, Srey Am, who knows her stock inside out and is very helpful and informative indeed.
Identical stock at either shop.
