You should eat it in the shell directly like khmer does, and close your eyes
Chicken or duck eggs?
Exactly the taste is better in certain dishes IMO. I would always use chicken eggs for boiled, egg, bacon and egg, omelette and baking. The only thing I use duck eggs for is Som Tam Kai Kem (Som tam with salted eggs) and Yam Khai Tom (Thai egg salad).pedros wrote:They don't. Think a chicken egg is 300r in the market and a duck egg 500r. Not sure, I'll have to check with my personal shopper. I have plenty of chicken eggs for free every day.
You get more bang for your buck with duck eggs and the taste is better, but some recipes need different flavour eggs.

Egg and soldiers with a duck egg is on another level, so much creamier.Mèo Đen wrote:Exactly the taste is better in certain dishes IMO.
