Hi does anyone know somewhere that does more than just a clean, but a nice detail: has chemicals to clean a bike really well, cut and polish plastics, touch up stone chips and the like?

Don't allow any harsh waterblasting. as they do. Stay and advise. Watch them. Better still, do it yourself with their gear.
Nowhere I've seen, and I probably wouldn't trust the car detailers I have seen here to cut plastics on a nice bike.
