That's correct , that poor attempt at propaganda that you are supporting conveniently stops short of showing the confrontation ......and you're calling me a clown.Nirvana wrote:I've seen the video. Your claim that the towering Browns confrontation with the store attendant was not particularly violent is ridiculous. Browns behaviour at the time was overtly threatening.
The video I linked doesn't even show the confrontation between Brown and the clerk, clown.

I saw a video of brown pushing the store owner around with a friend, apparently he took some cigars.I don't know if it's the video you guys are talking about, but he was being pretty aggressive.
It doesn't mean the shooting was justified, but it should certainly be admissible as evidence of pre-shooting behavior so that the whole context of the thing can be understood and judged fairly.
Reminds me of South Africa in the good bad old days.

I think it's generally best not to run at cops with a knife though...especially when there's 2 guns pointed at you. Just sayin...
"I don't care what the people are thinking, i ain't drunk i'm just drinking"
Are you dense? It doesn't "conveniently stop short" of anything, it is the other part of the video, clown. It states clearly what it is, which is video of the moments preceding the confrontation between the clerk and Brown where we see him hand the clerk cash. He reaches over and grabs something else which he puts down, then the clerk comes around to confront him.Lucky Seven wrote:

There are two videos, the more widely circulated one depicts the confrontation between the clerk and Brown. The one I linked to shows the events just before that happened which calls into question whether he actually stole anything. You see him pay but he also reaches over the counter - something you're not supposed to do - to grab something he looks at but puts down. That's when the clerk comes around for the confrontation we see in the other video. Maybe he did steal something, maybe he didn't but he paid for something which the video shows. That's what I'm I'm trying to show Lucky Seven but he's having a hard time.I saw a video of brown pushing the store owner around with a friend, apparently he took some cigars.I don't know if it's the video you guys are talking about, but he was being pretty aggressive.
Also, Brown and the man who ran at the cops with a knife are two different people.

From The Onion:
INDIANAPOLIS—Tired of being overlooked by everyone in his precinct, unpopular Indianapolis Police Department officer Kyle Norris told reporters Wednesday he was considering committing a racially motivated offense to generate a little support. “To be honest, I’m not the most well-known or looked-up-to guy around here, but I’m thinking that if I get caught up in a controversy after shooting a minority resident under questionable circumstances, things would really change for me,” said Norris, who added that having his coworkers immediately rally around him after the incident, watching consecutive nights of public demonstrations defending his actions, and finally receiving praise directly from the chief of police would be a nice change of pace from his day-to-day life as an ignored and unappreciated member of the force. “Obviously, I’d take some heat from some citizens, but I think it would be worth it when just as many people respond by openly speaking about my exemplary record as an officer and calling me a pillar of the community. No one’s ever said that about me before. If this thing gets big enough, I might even see some people on Twitter and TV calling me a hero—that would feel good.” Norris added that it would probably also be a nice little boost when the 12 members of his jury take less than an hour to declare him not guilty.
