Trump's 1st 100 days
Trump is one of the best and most consistent presidents in recent history. Everyone I know who voted Trump has not regretted it.
Ridiculous statement, you're obviously taking the piss. Trump is a firebrand, giving it the large and fuck all else.Harold wrote:Trump is one of the best and most consistent presidents in recent history. Everyone I know who voted Trump has not regretted it.

Can't you ask them on what forum can you join them? I feel confident we won't regret your fucking off over there neither.Harold wrote:Trump is one of the best and most consistent presidents in recent history. Everyone I know who voted Trump has not regretted it.
Why should he "fuck off" to another forum? Because he posted something you disagree with?Barang_doa_slae wrote:Can't you ask them on what forum can you join them? I think Harold couldn't be more wrong with his statement. I believe quite a few people who voted for Trump, probably thinking he wouldn't actually win and wanted to send some very poorly-thought-out message of their vague feelings of disenfranchisement, quickly regretted their Trump vote and wouldn't do it again (and many Dem-leaning voters regretted not bothering to vote at all). Thus the usual Brexit vote comparisons.
Trump will be a one term president. He so barely got in office thanks to determined Republican gerrymandering of voting districts, bizarre and unjustifiable last-minute decision-making by former FBI director James Comey, and the palpable unpopularity of Hillary Clinton with many. It took a perfect storm of catastrophes to make Trump president. It won't be repeated unless the wacko lefty media go too far and make Trump some sort of martyr for the right (to which he never belonged in the first place), and unless the hapless Dems don't run someone in 2020 who can inspire people. But as of now, they still have NO leadership whatsoever.

Nobody really expected Trump to win. Some people probably do regret voting for him. I just don't know any of them. He certainly has been better than Obama, Bush Jr., Clinton, Bush Sr., and Reagan. He's probably the best president since Coolidge. Although it is disappointing to see Trump trying to intimidate DPR Korea, the likelihood of an actual conflict is very slim.Edwardo wrote:I think Harold couldn't be more wrong with his statement. Your analysis is spot on. I wouldn't put it past the Democrats to screw up the 2020 election considering how badly they screwed up the 2016 election. Trump is certainly not the most popular president but he is one of the best men for the job!Edwardo wrote:Trump will be a one term president. Then we disagree completely. He was/is the absolute worst choice and will forever top the historical list of "worst presidents". His name will forever be synonymous with "loser", "feckless", "someone wholly unqualified for a position", "someone in far over his head", etc. I think that is indisputable...and that is his best-case scenario. The worst case scenario is too horrible to contemplate, seeing he has 3.5 years remaining in office (probably - there is always a chance of impeachment after the midterm elections).Harold wrote:Trump is certainly not the most popular president but he is one of the best men for the job!
The only question is if he will even bother to run again in 2020, or will he slink off into eternal shame while always claiming complete victory and success? No doubt his approval ratings will continue to sink over time.
The sad part (for me) is that Trump may be the final nail in the coffin of the Republican party, who are supposed to be the party of fiscal conservatism. I said they are "supposed to be" fiscally conservative, not that they have been since Eisenhower. There are no more adults in the room. The Dems will continue to bribe voters with free goodies and false promises until they tax and spend the country into oblivion and fiscal ruin.
A quick impeachment of Trump would actually be the best outcome for Republicans at this point.

It is certainly possible that Trump will be impeached and it is quite likely that he will go down in history as an incompetent president. Most historians and history textbooks teach that Herbert Hoover was an incompetent president and his administration's history has been misrepresented for decades. Most historians also lavish praise on tyrants like FDR, LBJ, Woodrow Wilson, and Lincoln.
Trump's problem is the rest of the government. He can win the next election if he keeps the US out of wars and if the economy improves under his rule. With or without Trump, the Republican Party is destined to fail in the long run. This is mostly because of demographic changes in the United States. Incompetence and dishonesty are the only obstacles in the way of the Democratic Party.

Of course you are right and I am usually pretty open minded to opinions I won't agree with. It's just that on this matter I can't cope with the level of fucktarty displayed by Trump supporters.Edwardo wrote:Why should he "fuck off" to another forum? And that is what makes you special and extra righteous. Where would we all be without you? Thank you for trying to protect the rest of us from opinions you dislike.Barang_doa_slae wrote:I can't cope with the level of fucktarty displayed by Trump supporters.

Trump's Presidency ended yesterday with that complete fuck up of a press conference, morally at least. There is no clear explanation of what unfolded yesterday; he destroyed himself. It's clear he didnt want to make Monday's statement; yesterday he reverted to type. It was the real Donald Trump. It was a turning point for him.
Poor Chief of Staff Kelly. He simply can't control this idiot.

Say what you want about the Trump, he's at least proved you don’t have to be poor to be white trash.
My posts are just jokes, maybe they're rude, offensive, and politically incorrect. They're not my opinion, viewpoint, idea, or judgement, but they're just fucking jokes so lighten up.

If only there were folks who spent the last couple years trying to tell people. If only he had done and said things throughout his life and campaign that gave some kind of indication.
I mean, people just could Nazi this coming.
Ppl got tired of saying it. Despite his what? 34-36% approval rating, its still actually high amongst his base (the tiki holding base).
