My best 10K is not even close to your time but my half is 30 minutes faster. Still way off from Kipchoge......
Best 10k was 37 mins - that was a year ago. When I was focused on road running.
Half marathon is 2:15- Just recently. I noticed I have slowed down as its been a while I ran on the road. I had been training for trail running events.It was only at the end of January 2017 that I started running on the road again for the London Marathon training.
