Think twice next time before bargaining
I know this lady will.
'You people are dog'
Don't worry though, the Daily Mail is on it. Bloody foreigners.
Flatlanders should never try outrun crazy Nepalese mountain ladies.

The tea lady is speaking the truth. The English are some of stingiest people on the planet and they love haggling over trivial amounts of money when they're in the Orient. English people behave like dogs. Throwing stones at the bitch is also justified because the English have committed serious crimes against the peoples of Nepal. Nobody likes the English and nobody wants to be around them.
Reminds me of the time I was trekking, when two Europeans(wont mention nationality as Germans get a bad enough rap as travelers) were haggling for 3 or 4 limes with a Nepalese woman in the mountains. Almost had her in tears and basically robbed her. She only wanted 3 rupees for the limes, ( about 2 cents) and these guys yelling in her face, snatched the fruit. I gave her $2 for my 6 limes. Got a toothless smile to show her appreciation, priceless.
Namaste.
Namaste.

Flatlanders should never assume that the price of tea is the same on the plains as it is 4000 meters up. Apparently this foreigner stayed for free in this woman's lodge, on the understanding that she would buy some food there. Then, after staying the night she made an issue about the price of a cup of tea. It seems pretty suspicious that the video was edited so it doesn't show what went on earlier.Londo wrote:Flatlanders should never try outrun crazy Nepalese mountain ladies.

seems anyone wearing a singlet and fisherman's pants wants whatever they are buying, cheaper than the seller sells to locals
Something about Nepal & India really brings out the cheap cheap travelers,

Thank you, I was waiting for someone to tell the whole story. The tea house lady even mentions *in the video* the tourist lodging for free.Lucky Lucan wrote:Flatlanders should never assume that the price of tea is the same on the plains as it is 4000 meters up.
