Edwardo wrote:US politicians accused of sexual misconduct of one sort or another continue to drop like flies. A few more hundred to go in Congress and maybe we can start over with a clean slate. Some idiot Congressman just resigned because some former staffer said "he once made her feel uncomfortable by mentioning his and his wife's struggles to medically overcome infertility issues."
Female staffers are now the most politically powerful force in the entire US political system. So much as look at them wrong and they can go to the media and you can be hounded out of office.
The lessons will be never ever ever admit to any sexual misconduct or make apologetic overtures. Deny everything always and call your accusers liars with partisan motives. And don't have your photo taken with any woman, and definitely not a female staffer. Best to never hire a female staffer to begin with. Sorted!
