I had fish sauce flavoured ice cream last week, lip-smackingly tasty but I thought at almost $3 for a scoop overpriced.
If you want good ice cream in Cambodia treat yourself to the Karem brand (available at Thai Huot) - vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, even the strawberry is excellent.

Dude try the Gelato Lab yoghurt if you think their ice cream is good. Only problem there is parking but they have the Alexandra stamp of approval!

The photographer Andreas Gursky bougt the world's most expensive dessert after one of his pictures was sold for $4,338,500. The chocolate sundae cost $25,000 at Serendipity in NYC.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-dess ... 9220071107The dessert, spelled with two Rs, is infused with 5 grams (0.2 ounces) of edible 23-karat gold and served in a goblet lined with edible gold. At the base of the goblet is an 18-karat gold bracelet with 1 carat of white diamonds.
It is eaten with a gold spoon decorated with white and chocolate-colored diamonds, which can also be taken home.
