My ideal English breakfast would start with half a grapefruit, followed by a bowl of porridge, oats water n salt only and then the classic two rashers of back bacon, one sausage , two eggs, half a grilled tom and mushrooms, perhaps a slice of buttered toast with marmalade if there's time or room.

Sorry horace, but that’s not an English breakfast. It sounds good, but grapefruit and oats are not needed. The OP has a decent idea of an English breakfast, I’m interested to know where he was going with his post....is he making it available in Cambodia?

I like weetbix .fruit and plain unsweetened yougert. with fruit and nuts whole grain toast with organic blackberry spread a when I wake up. and a lovely cuppa Dilmar tea.
sorry for commenting..im not brit...I do think it should have been served on a bigger plate thou.
