I didn’t see any threads on this and couldn’t search for “NFL”, but what drama! And what a stupid sport that comes down to a coin toss to determine...
Anyways, at least they like to drink during the Super Bowl,

And one team that won the toss lost, while one team that won the toss won, so yea, gotta play defense.TimeTraveler wrote:The coin toss didn't determine the outcome of either game. You still gotta play defense.
This is an interesting twist though: Rams-Saints outcome fuels lawsuit seeking a Rule 17 do-over
There have been lawsuits filed to reverse the outcome of the game, and make them replay from the moment of the [non] penalty. They have an actual case (a rule that gives the commissioner this power), and it was filed in a local court with publicly elected officials. It will probably amount to nothing, but has the potential to become a big deal. GM - what are your thoughts?

I saw that lawsuit today, but nothing will come of it. Mere publicity stunt. What is the court going to do? Prevent the Super Bowl from going forward?Miguelito wrote:And one team that won the toss lost, while one team that won the toss won, so yea, gotta play defense.TimeTraveler wrote:The coin toss didn't determine the outcome of either game.
