Whatever about this conservative vs socialist nonsense, has BJ actually said anything of substance since he became PM? I saw him talking to Merkel this evening and he seems utterly clueless as to how the UK is actually going to achieve this Brexit.
It wouldn't matter if we had Churchill as PM, the mess has been created by Parliament (not the Government) refusing to agree on what they want. We all know what they do not want but even after multiple options they still could not vote through a deal.

Since Churchill, I cannot remember any PM saying anything of substance except Margaret Thatcher on the Falklands and yes, I do remember all of the PMs since Churchill. After election, Eden came to our school and we all stood in line with our Union flags and had the rest of the day off.

It's a pity they cannot demolish the HoP with all of the MPs in it.
Never have so few done so much damage to so many.
I agree. The British may very well have stood alone against the Nazis, forged an Empire that made Rome look pathetic by comparison, had their language and culture adopted by billions of people for hundreds of years which lasts to this day....but of course the aren't competent enough to negotiate trade deals with individual countries base on existing WTO legal framework, like almost every other country currently does. That is surely beyond them.

Enough of your (and the ironically named logos') fucking fear-mongering. The British people are not the meek, cowed, and dependent people you wish them to be. Stick to the warm embrace of your Orwellian EU which :off: dictates how many times one may wipe their arse and how many squares of toilet paper will be fairly rationed for tree conservation.
And, much more to the point, whether you have paid your tax and treated your workers fairly or not.
Are you one of the kids up chimneys brigade?

It's looking highly unlikely at moment, as you say. I gave up on the UK people after they had voted Thatcher in three times. I was abroad when they held the advisory non binding referendum, so I never got a chance to vote. Not that I probably would have done anyway,
So you couldn't be bothered to vote yet are still whining...WTF??
Then, when you realise that Cambridge Analytica and the Russians were actively involved in bringing about the result in both votes, maybe it's not so surprising after all.
and a conspiracy theorist too - LOL, how is anyone supposed to take you seriously :?:

You can't take him seriously. KFF has not bothered to read all of the posts and his background knowledge is seriously flawed.

It's a bit like watching the Biased Broadcasting Corporation ignore the facts and stick to the rumours. Just like the boo boo Boris is supposed to have made re his foot and the stool. Yet when you look at the whole video, he is responding to Macrons joke about the table and did not even put his foot on it, just lifted it to prove Macrons point.

Real unbiased reporting by the tabloids and the BBC.

Scientists have finally managed to pin a mid to low income Brexiter down long enough to remove his brain and reveal the real problem:

Yes, yes, very amusing of you to edit what I said and to forget that, as the referendum was non binding, anybody that wasn't in the UK were not able to vote. And that Facebook has recently been fined $5 billion because of selling its data to Cambridge Analytica who used it to pervert democracy.

But would you agree that trying to bypass Parliament is undemocratic?

How the fuck dare he and a conservative minority elite do something so undemocratic as to try to slip past Parliament. They should all be thrown in prison.
Yes, votes and referendum are so undemocratic.
Even though we may differ on those points re the referendum, would you agree that trying to bypass Parliament is undemocratic?
No. You don't understand the word democracy.

Isn't it about time that everyone, except certain Conservatives who want the UK to be a tax haven for the super-rich on the shores of Europe, realised that enough is enough?

We can't allow Johnson, funded by the hedge funds and bankers, committed to protecting the vested interests of the richest and the elites, while posing as anti-establishment, to hold us to ransom any longer. Brexit was, is and has always been a totally unworkable idea right from the very start.

What can be done to rid the UK of these parasites should be the only question remaining.
Dude, (I hope I'm not mis-gendering you) your arguments seem all over the place.

It's baffling that you appear to see yourself fighting for a better world, a more progressive and humanitarian ethos but choose to waste your energy supporting the EU which was never intended to be anything other than an economic outpost for damaging neo-liberal economics and the neo-colonial wars that accompany it.

What has happened to the traditional anti-war movement of the left?

What has happened to their ability to fight for the underdog?

The European Union is (the first within) a plan for a global union of centralized, interlocking economic unions.

There has been a gradual increase in unemployment, poverty, social exclusion and the ever-widening gap between the rich and the poor since its inception.

The EU represents a dominance of centralized political and financial power. The ideology of the European Union is solely about economic integration. Central planning doesn't work! Haven't we seen enough examples of this throughout history?

The EU and Brussels has the largest number of lobbyists in the world!

The EU is an authoritarian superstate in the making.

Please read the document above entitled: “A strong Europe in a world of uncertainties,” written by Jean-Marc Ayrault, the former foreign minister of France and Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the President of Germany - the two nations which hold the reigns of power in Europe as a whole.

They propose nothing short of tyranny but you seem so righteous!

Let's not even get started on that dank little hole called Brussels, which is the center of child trafficking and child rape networks that are intimately connected to European institutions and above criminal activity.

Brussels is also a military-corporate complex under the auspices of Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), which incorporates a multi-billion dollar turnover from drug-trafficking, money-laundering, human-trafficking, out-sourced security (private armies) and a total merger of the state and underworld to produce a nexus point of a European “Overworld.”

And you're worried about the Russians- baffling.

Good to see Mcfisto elevating the debate and siding up with the loonies.

Get a life, moron. You might try it with a grown up woman once, for a change.

It would be nice for us readers if you posted the paragraphs from that lengthy document for debate. Rather then just posting
"They propose nothing short of tyranny".Then going on about some rubbish or other about Brussels and Belgium.

You could also answer my own question about whether you consider the PM and his elite crew bypassing Parliament as democratic.

I agree, it's about time the UK had a proper constitution, rather than bits and pieces of law made up as they go along.

I think I read in one of the posts somewhere that you are North American?

If so, how do you view the situation? Would you prefer the US and the UK had a closer relationship, or would you be happy the see the UK remain a part if the EU?

Also, do you view the government trying to slip pass the checks of Parliament as being democratic?
