More big red buses. And appeals against prerogation which will be interesting. Also, maybe the Yellowhammer document being released in full, and personal details around prerogation planning since Johnson became PM will be released. How are they going to get round that one?
Up the workers!
Parliament hasn't been dissolved, it has been prorogated. Big difference, the former would mean that a new Parliament will be elected. Instead we will just see the same, useless fools again once they come back from their break.

Scottish judges rule Boris Johnson's suspension of parliament unlawful
Court backs MPs who said prorogation breached constitution
"Jolyon Maugham QC, whose Good Law Project funded the legal challenge, said: “Our understanding is that unless the supreme court grants an order in the meantime, parliament is unsuspended with immediate effect.

So they decided it was lawful, but then said that she could appeal. Upon the appeal, they have now decided that it was, in fact, unlawful. Until the next appeal against the appeal?
The Law isn't really an ass; it just needs a hole to disappear into.
I have a message for our Scottish judges:
Go and judge your abysmal football team. Stop messing around with the people's right to think for themselves.
And while you're at it, take those bloody stupid wigs off your heads and try to forget that you are lambs.

Bloody European Courts undermining our governance. " To hell with them ". ----- Oh wait.
Exactly. We're more than capable of undermining our own government without interference from those pesky Euroboys.

Dominic Cummings yesterday: Go talk to some people outside London.
Dominic Cummings today: Not *those* people!
So, its chicken supreme...
I think they'll uphold the Scottish verdict. There are a couple of precedents.
Although, it wouldn't surprise me if the judiciary start fighting. After all, everyone else is.

And girls Reg. Don't forget the girls.

If the Supreme Court upholds the Scottish verdict (and i have no idea if it will), I think it will be well justified to call for the immediate resignation of the blonde cnut as he has then proven to everyone's complete satisfaction that he's entirely useless at whatever he does.

Boris Johnson is the first prime minister to have been found by a court to have misled a king or queen.

Fun game. Just imagine for a second, Corbyn was in power and suspended Parliament because it didn't agree with him and lied to the Queen about it.
Then he broke the law and threatened to ignore Parliament and broke the law again.
The Army would be on the streets in hours. Ain't that right Mr Reaper.

Being useless is not the problem, really.Alex wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 10:41 pmIf the Supreme Court upholds the Scottish verdict (and i have no idea if it will), I think it will be well justified to call for the immediate resignation of the blonde cnut as he has then proven to everyone's complete satisfaction that he's entirely useless at whatever he does.
Being obnoxious and arrogant is the (Tory) problem.
