Need apartment/room PP or Sihanoukville
I'm headed out that direction just after the new year. Having never been to either of these cities, I don't have a prefrence right now and will likely stay in both for awhile. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just somewhere that I can be left alone to work. My ideal place would be one bedroom with a balcony, near a pub and some street food,, and cheap. Thanks.

I'm guessing you would want a room for a month? A monthley rate would be cheaper than daily. Also has onsite bar and food. What else does one need?

Interseting....How much is it per month / how far from town centre?
I agree, it looks great. A monthly rate would be good. I'll be in country for a year, but will likely be moving every 3-4 months.

Thank you for the kind replys. Its about 1 km as the crow flys from the stretch of beach bars on otres beach. As for a monthly price we could do it for about $230 a month that will be with the electric aswell.
I like this. I'd like to come stay for awhile. Do you have a web-site up? Or other contact information? Thanks.

Im affraid theres no web site as yet. Its not been built/ completed that long. When are you looking to stay? ?Just out of intrest? Will arrange some contact details later, been in the UK at the moment dont help things.
I'm headed in the first week of January, but will likely stay in PP for a week or more. I feel like I'll probably head down to the coast towards the end of the month. I could use one room for at least a month and a second for a week,, maybe two.
Tell us all some more about the facility, such as - How many rooms are available?
Could I locate this on a map?
Are the rooms all single, or double or a mix?
Any other things worth mentioning?
Thanks!

There are four rooms but usually only 3 to rent out. All rooms are en-suite and have a permenant electrical supply unless of a power cut. The rooms have a double bed in each so can sleep 1 or 2 people Theres no A/C in the rooms but with it been elevated and near the beach there is a nice breeze to keep you cool. I dont even use the fan. You would benifit from renting a moto of some kind if you are staying as its a bit secluded. So no beach vendors or beggars pushing their business.
Things to do in the area:
Otres beach is a 2 minute moto ride or a 5 to 10 minute walk.
Fishing in the estuary, or theres a fresh water lake behind us. But i think you have to pay the land lord to fish it..... you keep your catch then.
Theres some nice scenery around the area with hidden beaches but would bennifit from a large moto to get to them, but can do it with a small moto.
Rent large motos and go for a blast in the hills, foot wear and helmet advised.
Into wildlife? I have seen three or four differnt types of Kingfishers on a regular basis large and small, some big birds of prey, a tucan of some sort maybe a horned bill. Many species of fish in the Estuary and the fresh water lake.
Or just sit back at the waters edge and watch the day roll by bliss!
