Looking to rent in Siem Reap for September+October $150-200

I am looking to rent for myself either a small house or apartment in Siem Reap Town for September and October, in the range of $150-200/months.

Generally I prefer the Wat Damnak Area and if the place is a bit outside town its ok because I have a moto. I don't need Aircon or TV. It would be nice if the place was relatively quite and Internet would be fantastic.

Please offer or advise.

check out all those new build 3 story houses on the road to Angkor Wat Ticket check point, past the Museum. I've heard the rents have really come down.

I know of one double-wide building on that stretch that is set up as a guest house that was rented earlier this year for $900 per month for the entire 5 story building, unfurnished, of course. Pretty poor construction quality, but that is still extremely cheap.

I have spoken to the guy and for the $60 a month it absolutely includes a free pool, wifi, cable tv.

In fact there is also the following included in the price:
Private butler for each room
Arse wiping assistant (no reaching for the bum gun here my friend!!!)
A private jet to deliver residents any where in the world, and return them in comfort
Or simply to collect your favourite foods from any restaurant across the globe and deliver to your room
Each room also has a private chef, who will spend each morning scouring the globe for the finest ingredients before returning at lunch to provide a sumptious 15 course meal for each resident.
An unlimted supply of ex sophies girls to ensure a gentleman is never without accomodating female company.
(They also have a supply of european models available to ensure the customer is never lonely or homesick but there is an additional surcharge of $0.01 for this).
Roman abbromovich's is yacht is also available to residents but this is limited to one week a year for each resident.

Each room obviously has a private rolls royce and driver

Each resident will also be provided with a private 1,000 acre estate in kent for the shooting season.

You will have plenty of options to negotiate good rates within your price range with local guesthouses...with all amenities and a good location.
Many will be quiet with low occupancy during those months so happy to get some business....
