Well, the time has come, my contract expires in two weeks and I'm looking for a new job.
I've been working at an advertising agency in Phnom Penh for the past year or so, handling accounts such as ANZ, Cambodia Beer, Hello & others on various projects, including activations, brand guidelines, media strategy, pitching and basic account servicing. Unlike many account execs in Cambodia, I also have solids skills in graphic design, typography, photography and web dev. I would love to find a job where I could utilize those skills more - the creative department is definitely where my heart is. Before my current job, I briefly worked at Villa Langka as assistant to the GM (that was a summer internship) and I also held a position at the Chamber of Commerce in Le Havre, France, where I was in charge of communication.
I studied at Sciences Po Paris, France's top school for social sciences, and am specialized in Euro-Asian relations. I speak German, French and English fluently, am currently learning Khmer and have been living on and off in Cambodia for the last 7 years. I graduated high school from the Lycée Français of Phnom Penh. I've been admitted at VCU Brandcenter in Virginia for my Master's degree, but had to decline it for financial reasons. Will probably reapply in the future. I'm also admitted at Sciences Po Paris' Finance & Strategy Master's program, but declined it because I want to do something more creative.
Anyway, I'm not too hopeful as to whether or not 440 is going to help me find something, but you never know, right? PM or email me if you want to see my port.

I would really prefer not to. Unless it's really well paid, but I don't have a teaching degree, nor am I a native speaker.

The pay is awesome! $10 per hour! Oh, forgot to mention that's usually tax free!

Yes of course. I will bombard various online communities, networks and a mailing lists in due time. I guess I'll also ring the competing ad agencies, who knows.

Had a nice amount of offers, so thank you. Just so as to not waste your time if you are about to click the "email" button - I am not interested in offers that do not bring career advancement within my scope of interest (marketing, advertising, project management) unless a decent salary is attached to it. No, I will not do field research for your NGO for 1000 per month. No, I will not manage your hooker bar for free accommodation.
Cheers,
