How is it amazing? Just about every village I know can point to at least one girl who's married a foreigner and moved abroad - I suspect the figure is fairly high.
It's amazing precisely because it is fairly high... What does it say about western men/women/ Korean men/ women ? Of course a large part of it is the desire of Khmer women to get out. Perhaps sometimes later regretting it...
Wish we could get stats on that one!
