Full-size Violin for Sale - $2000

Postby TwoShedsJackson » Sun May 06, 2012 3:15 pm

I have a very nice full size violin for sale. It's a Nathan Eastman model. It's in very good shape, and sounds wonderful. I live in PP near the Japanese bridge. I'm including a nice case (Pro-Tec), bow, shoulder rest, rosin, extra G string, bridge, and bridge mute. I have pics, let me know if you want to see them or meet up to play the instrument. $2000 Firm. Thanks!

I am prepared to make an offer as long as it all comes with no strings attached.

I bow to your superior knowledge.
As long as u conduct yourself in a suite-able manner.

Maybe we should ask Viola's - Violet's opinion on this? It's one her scale, note well.

I love it - the post indicates culture is alive and well in Phnom Penh! I dare to say that only a Russian would be selling a violin in Phnom Penh. If it was an Irishman, I would call it a fiddle!

Come on, there's no rosin to take the piss... a few months' salary isn't that much for a violin.

Truly, I don't think that I've ever read such witty banter before in my life. Thank you, one and all, for such well-composed (ha?) prose. You are all hilariously funny, and must be ridiculously happy people. Thank you for not just choosing to ignore a post which you're not interested in, but instead rising to the challenge of justifying your jaded existences here in Cambodia by trying to make a mockery of a legitimate attempt to sell a fine instrument. You folks are a shining example of an open, accepting online community, and you do a great job of making new people to Cambodia feel right at home! Keep up the good work!
