Right now we are there 7 days a week and open at 4pm.

Yes, Pat's place is still there, although I rarely see anyone in there and I drive past five nights a week. It's a bit small, maybe it will be busier when the embankment is finished and you can see the river.

At the moment, it is a shithole down Tonlesap Road. Half the road is blocked off, dirt piled everywhere....

Have you (or anyone) been to the Mekong River Tower View something something? With the restaurant on the top floor? The views are amazing, great place to chill. I've heard the food is average, but never tried. Prices seem decent.
