If you're flying into Cambodia, don't bother. Just have your passport and US$20 in hand. If coming overland, try to avoid the Trat-Koh Kong entry, otherwise same as above and you shouldn't have any problems...(maybe...)

I have always used the mfaic website but it no longer works.

There's the mfaic website and there's a sham website that looks like the mfaic website.

I tried to get one through the mfaic website and they never emailed it to me and never charged my credit card.

Maybe the Poipet immigration officers put the kibosh on this.
