What neighborhoods of PP have the most and least crime? I mean burglaries, bag snatchings and the like.

Steung Meanchey Bridge is not a nice area to walk around at night.
North of Chruoy Changvar is probably pretty shaky, too.
Chbar Amphul can be shaky in some parts;
Chom Chao/ Veng Sreng Rd. = bad news

But anywhere, if you're not sensible. :-D

Russei Keo district (the part north of Chruoy Changva bridge on the city side) and Dankgao district have the most crime.
