Kampong Som Province: Another foreigner has been found dead, suspected of having succumbed to a heart attack on the night of the 18th of June, 2012, at the Sokhom Guesthouse, located in Group 14, Village 4, Commune 4, Sihanoukville.
First Lieutenant Sokun SeeMon, Chief of the Administrative Commune Police, stated by phone that the foreigner has been identified as ដ្រាយវិត អាមស្ត្រង (Dray-vid or Travis? Armstrong), a 33 year old American. He first arrived at the guesthouse on the 5th of June, with passport #451073305 stamped with a tourist visa.
The police chief stated that he had received word at 9:30 in the evening that another foreigner had been found dead. After an investigation, it was determined that the victim had died from a heart attack. The body has been handed over to representatives of the American Embassy in Cambodia for disposal.
There is a clear consensus among people here that the American’s death was induced by a drug overdose, which resulted in his heart attack. Authorities clearly have a fuller understanding regarding this case, but they are not revealing all they know.

I have never touched any drugs other than weed. This coming from a drug cop who has been on the job for over 20 years, he said most drugs that foreigners use in their home countries arent as powerful as ones in Cambodia, say for instance back home it normally takes you 3 pills to get high and you took the same quantity over here not knowing the drug is pure and powerful hence death. And then you have fake ones..........
Everyone bow down and pay extreme homage to his Majesty flying chicken.

The ice/meth/alcohol/viagra combo is very popular in Sihanoukville (so I've been told)
Not a healthy mix
It makes a really big difference to know whether the drugs
were self administered.
If the credit cards are being used after the OD, that would be a clue.

Just so everyone in the world (or at least on this board) knows.... it is my recent 2nd-party experience that any Windows-based system can completely and easily be cracked by 3rd parties with the requisite government permission issued. It is surprising how easy this stuff is done.
PS. Even this postings is still being monitored by UK authorities (hi guys), as innocuous as it is!

I heard they are all forced to do those drugs at gunpoint, otherwise they'd just be their normal health-nut-yoga-aficionado selves.Florida wrote:It makes a really big difference to know whether the drugs

Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.

The aqueduct.
Reg:
Oh yeah, yeah they gave us that. Yeah. That's true.
Masked Activist:
And the sanitation!
Stan:
Oh yes... sanitation, Reg, you remember what the city used to be like.
Reg:
All right, I'll grant you that the aqueduct and the sanitation are two things that the Romans have done...
Matthias:
And the roads...
Reg:
(sharply) Well yes obviously the roads... the roads go without saying. But apart from the aqueduct, the sanitation and the roads...
Another Masked Activist:
Irrigation...
Other Masked Voices:
Medicine... Education... Health...
Reg:
Yes... all right, fair enough...
Activist Near Front:
And the wine...
Omnes:
Oh yes! True!
Francis:
Yeah. That's something we'd really miss if the Romans left, Reg.
Masked Activist at Back:
Public baths!
Stan:
And it's safe to walk in the streets at night now.
Francis:
Yes, they certainly know how to keep order... (general nodding)... let's face it, they're the only ones who could in a place like this.
(more general murmurs of agreement)
Reg:
All right... all right... but apart from better sanitation and medicine and education and irrigation and public health and roads and a freshwater system and baths and public order... what have the Romans done for us?
Xerxes:
Brought peace!
Reg:
(very angry, he's not having a good meeting at all) What!? Oh... (scornfully) Peace, yes... shut up!
