customize and modify motos

Anybody knows a good shop to modify a moto like suzuki hayate?

My advised is to not paint the plastics. It doesn't last for long. But if you go near the O'Russei Market, on the street parallel to Monivong (st 107), there are many shops where they put stickers on the plastic. It will look like new.
And on the same street there are a few shops where they can do anything on your bike.
