I'd recommend Pharmacie De La Gare as they seem to have stuff you just can't get anywhere else, although it's not at all cheap. U-Care are good for bog-standard stuff, and at least some of their branches have very helpful staff. I've tried about 10 times to get some plastic sutures in both those places, and never had any luck. There are tons of Pharmacies around Olympic Market, one of the better ones is on the corner of Sihanouk and Wat Mohey Montrey. If you need medical hardware, as in hospital equipment, this is the area to go to too, especially around St 284.

I'd recommend Pharmacie De La Gare too. Checked several Spots for a pretty new and special Creme and they didn't even find traces of it in their Computers. Was quite surprised when the staff there told me "Of course we have it".

I think you're talking about Pharmacie Penh Vonh which the smaller pharmacies in the area directed me to while I was searching for testosterone. They had several types of juice, I used Sustanon 250s (Karachis) and also purchased the same but Vietnam manufactured at De La Gare and call tell you they're legit. De La Gare also stocks the best feeling condoms I've used out here they're called Sagami 002s about $13.50 for a 6 pack.hanky wrote:.... one of the better ones is on the corner of Sihanouk and Wat Mohey Montrey. If you leave the Olympic stadium thru the gate on the Wat side and turn right its across the street from the Vietnamese tour bus offices.

Interesting half'Bode that you found the need to buy condoms after using Sustanon250.
I raced a filly years ago that I would give Sustanon250 she roared and carried on like a stallion...works well !

U-Care get a big fat thumbs down. I needed to renew my meds on Sunday so went to their branch near the riverside and they were doing a stock take during opening hours* so couldn't serve pharmacy products. So they sent me to their other branch on Sihanouk Blvd where some cocky little turd in a white jacket said they didn't stock a med I needed because ''we need to buy at least 1000 at once.''
So I went to Pharmacy La Guere which of course had everything I needed.
* ...which reminds me that I had to wait 30 minutes at Acleda recently because they were updating their computer software during opening hours.

Bump, U-Care on Sihanouk sucks big time, the girls at the counter 3 of them doing nothing but putting out a snooty attitude, the medic off putting, just a bad atmosphere there.

I've lost it on that stupid dude there before. I forget the exact details, but I was looking for the best antibiotic for a upper respiratory infection and he quoted me some crazy dosages. I was civil until he said "Well, you have to take any antibiotic for AT LEAST 5 days," and that's when I told him what time it was.
The first example off the top of my head was Zithromax, and he agreed...He wouldn't agree he was stupid though. I finally asked him where he gets his info from and he pulled out some shitty photocopied book from the 80's he got at university....
And they just hired a cute little freshy girl that still works at one of the riverside pizza joints. I'm sure you've seen her if you ever eat at those pizza places; she'll be there playing with her iPhone sitting on her Scoopy....
Where do you get mosquito repellent ? I had been using a large bottle of citronella oil at my in-laws but of course nobody has a clue where they'd got it in the first place.
It's now empty so I've been stuck with the crappy overpriced stuff they carry at Lucky's. There must be better options, but where ?

This huge pharmacy on Sihaniuk near Olympic market sells some low-priced pharms. And selection is excellent. But you must stand in line as half of Phnom Penh seems to know this. But, they also sell a slew of vitamins and minerals, plus hernal supplements that are so cheap they must be fakes or stolen. Case in point: salmon oil at a fifth of market price.
I always go to u-care because the pharmacists are always accommodating. But I recently discovered this pharmacy beside Lucky Sihanouk, Sang Vath Pich (i hope i got it right). I need a lot of meds for my pregnancy, I already bought some in U-care but they dont have one of the meds I need so my husband brought me there. It's family-owned I think, and the couple who owns it is lovely. They checked my prescription and gave me the price of the meds, all were cheaper with them. So i would go there all the time from now on, but i still like u-care.

I second that one, they are really cool, competent and have a fair pricing ...torange wrote:I always go to u-care because the pharmacists are always accommodating.
