It is not MY help that is critical. The example of highway 6
repeats for many countries. HammockD sent the link to
that Japanese website. The Japanese are doing good projects
here. Any country that is doing good things in Cambodia,
and has buyers at a five star residence, is going to have
lines of feedback to the donor countries saying what a good
thing is being done with the aid money.
Take highway 6. That is going to be one great road to Kampong
Cham. That town is not rich. And there are many poor people
living along the road. That road is going to "flow" money
into the town, and all along the way. I think that the Chinese
figured it would be good, and they would help make it happen.
Some of the buyers at D I Riviera would have had the connections
to say "Heck Yes ! Do More of That!"
