Another foreign man who departed on the coast. RIP.
As for the 5 year passport, France makes 5-year passports but for minors I guess. My son's passport is good for 5 years, while mine is 10 years and it was renewed after his.

Yeah, it makes sense for kids because they're growing all the time and the picture could look completely different in ten years.
Anyway, sad his life was finnished this early.

Canadian passports are only valid for 5 years. Not that I have had one last longer than two in the last 20 years or so...

RIP. The hotel is Papagayo. It's a Finnish owned joint. I've got some Finnish friends who always stay there. This guy looks familiar. Let me tell you, there's some serious drinking involved. If I tried to hang with these guys, I'd be dead in a week.

Can't see the link, but have many Finnish friends so kind of hoping I don't know him - anyone got a name?
Believe me they do it at home as well.vladimir wrote:One of the reasons the Finns drink so heavily here is because it's so damned expensive in Finland.
Perhaps once you drink the first bottle, you desperately need to try to forget how screwed your economy is, so you drink yourself into amnesia....
