Have you tried Mobic 7.5mg? Great anti-inflammatory, almost instant relief. i don't care about brand names, care about the acting agent.
Now you've had negative experiences w both of them.
Could be many things, nocebo, individual disposition that makes you unable to normally react to NSAID's,
or, imho, the cause of your issue is not of inflammatory nature.
