Just make a yeast dough with some yoghurt.
This will be much superior to anything you can buy, make a sponge of the dough first and give it time.
Add some flour and Knead
Punch it down on first rise, then pinch and roll out circles. cook in frying pan with a film of oil very hot.
You can get yeast and bread flour at Thai Hout.
Unbelievably easy. Roll it out with a wine bottle.
It takes no time at all if you plan a little.

I never found any place better than Hummus restaurant north of the night market. They also have a branch in Bassac Lane but the Pita was not good there.
