I wondering if anyone here knows. I need to do some VISA procedures at the Vietnam embassy in PP, but I can't find a website for them, and the phone number I call never goes through.
Does anyone know, is it even open and manned these days?
How to contact the Vietnam Embassy in PP?

Asians don't do email or phone like in the west. Go to the embassy and talk to them face to face. Good luck.
I am sooooo very sorry if you can't understand or appreciate my sarcastic facetiousness.
The Visa service at the Vietnamese Embassy in PP is very efficient and easy BUT you need to attend physically to acieve it.
I have been really impressed the few times that I have used it.
