Hi to all,
after 19 years in Cambodia i'm thinking of leaving and sending all my accumulated personal belongings in a container back home.
It seems my collected statues (wood/stone) and other cultural carvings etc need to be checked by the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, before i can export them.
Has anybody gone through this process and what was the time frame and the cost ?
Also, were you charged export duties on your personal belongings by Customs and what were the handling fees involved.
Thanks for any constructive help !

Europe is a pretty big place, so best to try and narrow it down to a country if possible to get more constructive feedback.
Most European countries will ask for certificates the wood used comes from sustainable managed forests. That might be a bigger problem than the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.
19 years.... Damn, I bet you seen alot here.
