Bank loan
Maybe offer us some more details.
Colateral, business plan, any Khmer partners, previous experience, do you own any land or property, are you from Nigeria etc etc.
How much is this resort does it operate at a profit?

pew, pew, pew, pew!
Collateral would be the business. Have a little land which could also be used as extra collateral. I could perhaps drum up 10-20k in downpayment. I'd go into business with a Khmer partner. Unfortunately, I'm not a Nigerian prince. I have a fairly steady income (3-4k / month) on the side, which have been going into my Cambodian bank the last 2-3 years.YaTingPom wrote:Maybe offer us some more details.

I was just wondering if such a thing is even possible in Cambodia.
Your or the Khmer business partners name on the title?Rune wrote:Collateral would be the business. Have a little land which could also be used as extra collateral. Banks won't be interested if it's someone else's.
Not a chance!Rune wrote:Collateral would be the business. Have a little land which could also be used as extra collateral. I could perhaps drum up 10-20k in downpayment. I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
