I've heard a lot of complaints about this. I haven't noticed anything strange at home, but where I live the water supply comes from a different treatment plant in southern Tonle Bassac commune. Most of the city water supply comes from the plant on Chruoy Changva.

Huh? Don’t be ridiculous.
People have posted here and on Facebook. Surely the water authority would be monitoring t’internet.
My water tastes fine, but that’s maybe because I get my housekeeper to fill up my upstairs water tank from hi-tech jugs. It takes her most of each morning but you can’t beat that feeling of pure water swooshing through the bum bun to clean up your morning ablutions.
The one good thing about me using a water distiller is after the water [ H2O ] has boiled , turned to steam and removed into a separate container, you are left with all the residue that was in the water. Judging by those results, there has been no changes in the quality of the water supply coming through my tap in PP, and is way superior to the water supply in my other house in OZ [ post code 4215 ].
Firstly, I would play it safe and get in some bottled water until it's sorted.
There is such a thing as back siphoning, where contaminated water gets in to your water line by way of pressure differential; usually a neighbour fucking with the lines and drains because he's a meth cook and off his bean.

Yeah that was a weird one. Young Canadian University student goes on holiday to LA.. goes missing but then winds up being found dead in the water tanks on the top of the hotel after other guests complained about the water being off.... video Shows her behaving weird, almost like she's running away from something or scared. She was bipolar.Genn wrote:This reminds me of the Elisa Lam case

Toul Kork, near Toul Sangke market, no complains about the water quality.

What do you think it was? Honestly that case was spooky as hell. I personally think that she was being hunted down by some hitmen but I find the theories of her being possessed or trying to play the elevator game to be much more interesting
