This offer is targeted at Phnom Phen residents.
I am looking for a native English speaker with experience in edition, for two tasks:
- converting a bullet-point scientific review (ecology) of 30 pages into a proper fluid article of 5-8 pages
- designing, on the basis of the same original text, a nice brochure of 8-12 pages that would integrate pictures and illustrations.

Not that I know much about this kind of thing, but I would've thought it'd be easier to convert 5-8pages of bullet points to a 30page review rather than the other way round. Since each bullet point would roughly translate a paragraph ?
