What?? Are you out of your mind? He's offering her $1,000 a month to "fulfill his needs" and when she says she can't offer him he asks her to think about it.
Then he counters with "reconsider my needs without intercourse" and says he's embarrassed he's being blunt.
She says "no sexual activity at all" and he asks "completely even without intercourse?" She reaffirms this and he says "fine then."
There is no reading of these texts other than that he was offering her money for sex and when she said "I'll take your money but no sex" he tried to renegotiate to a hand job/blow job arrangement.

It's not a "crime" in the USA or perhaps anywhere unless it's sexual assault.

It's difficult for me to understand her motivations for posting this.
Yep, he's a douche but these situations don't usually arise out of the blue. Usually the guy is making googly eyes or spending time hovering around your desk etc.
As a woman with two kids, I'd expect her to be a little more savvy about men and if his early signs were unwanted then she shouldn't have gone out for dinner alone with him. Unless she thought she could "handle" him.
I'm confident she was hired as a social event reporter because she's attractive and outgoing. No one deserves to be "sexually harassed" in the workplace but when a large proportion of your work time is spent at events where there's alcohol and influential men, then as a woman you must learn to navigate these situations.

I often read things differently.
Let me try to extract the bits that, to me, are him saying it's embarrassing that she wants a sexual relationship
Look at the first image where he starts with 'abt your romantic ...'
And then
The next
'reconsider my needs without intercourse...'
'its embarassing...'
The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled.

This is a difficult one, sexual harassment can be such a touchy subject....

This isn’t that surprising. I believe the Finance/HR director is also a Filipino that has been a “close friend” for ten years, and the PA is also a Filipino.... perhaps there’s a reason he specifically said “don’t tell my PA about this convo.”
I wonder how many staff have “nice, private apartments”?

Don't know what the world is coming to if you can't even attempt to inveigle staff you employed for their titties anymore. Half the banks and all the MFI branches would close down in a week.

Not everyone can afford to make themselves handsome via a convertible SLK.

I've seen it with my own eyes, a company going from making millions, to closing shop just a few years down the road, just from hiring an outgoing younger female receptionist.
Fuck me, what an idiot you are. How is she playing on her looks? She is employee. He holds all the cards.
And anyone who calls Khmer Times a healthy working environment clearly has no understanding of the dynamics of that particular enterprise.

Idiot yourself, for twisting my statement towards your own political goals. If the business is able to pay several ,$1k for 'personal benefits' surely it has a financial base in some sort of reality. Unlike the UK for example.
