I think you mean he had his Australian Permanent Residence Visa cancelled, since he was on a Maltese passport.Pork Hunt wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 7:20 pmNoticed the General posted a clip on tof of the Aus Rebels, featuring an interview with national pres, Alex(the Maltese Falcon)Vella. He’s only 6 yrs out of date!!
Vella came to Aus as a kid, never took up citizenship and his passport was cancelled on a family holiday back to Malta in 2014. He’s been stuck there ever since!
Is Cambodia blacklisting long term expats who get multiple “looking for work” EG visa extensions?

Note to self: Must be nice to morons.
Oh man, I would LOVE to see a Rebels vs Triad fight in snooky. I wonder who would win (no I don’t).

Interesting Immigration Experiences this week.
On the way to Bangkok immigration asked me about my job and wanted my business card (which I didn't have). I told him I had a Work Permit but he said it was fine and let me through.
Upon return I was also questioned about my type of employment. He also had a hand written paper with VISA numbers that he went through comparing one-by-one. I am guessing those are the blacklisted visas. I didn't see photos of people - just the hand written note.

Something was going on last time I left (about ten days ago) - there were massive queues and they were really scrutinizing everyone.soyoung123 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 16, 2019 2:20 pmInteresting Immigration Experiences this week.
