When you sit at a Khmer restaurant and are asked what you want, and there’s no menu (or it’s all in Khmer), what are some of your go-to orders and how do you say it in Khmer?
"Bai lok-lak" (rice+beef in some kind of gravy) is a go to safe dish nationwide, along with a simple "bai-cha sag-kor" (beef fried rice). If adventurous I'll extend to regional variations of "Ple-uh sag-kor" (spicy beef carpaccio salad).
