Authentic Japanese Bar on 130
Accompanied by some of the usual suspects I went to check out the new Japanese bar next to Barbados on 130. The bar was pretty full of Japanese (only) customers. There was an open table at the back so we sat there and asked for beers. The waitress said "we're closed" and wouldn't serve us. It was maybe 10:00, I forget, but it certainly wasn't closing time. There was no indication it was a private party. Maybe it was a private party. Or maybe just an authentic Japanese bar experience, I dunno. It's seems a lot more Japanese than Manga anyway. Just curious if anyone else has gotten stiffed.
