Forte and Infinity both provide.

There's a difference between Medical insurance (that pays the hospital bills while sick/injured) and the accident/death insurance, which pays out a fixed lump sum for death or permanent disablement (as compensation), so make sure you get the right one, or both.

With my specs they were almost double times more expensive than Forte (although they have some dental care what Forte don't have).
