Visa - free entry to Hatien still possible?

Hi,

is there anybody in the forum who has done this visa - free trip to Hatien and Phu Quoc recently?? Last year they would let you in, stamped your passport "admitted to special economic zone", even with your moto.

I heard many conflicting stories about this, any info highly appreciated.

I did it a couple of times,the last time was 3 weeks ago, but apparently it has changed more recently.
