Has anyone seen screw extractor / easy outs for sale?
I'll check around the russian market tomorrow... But if anyone has seen any, that would save me some time.
Thanks!

Russian is probably your best bet. You might want to look for a tap and die set while you're there. Those busted bolts can be a bitch sometimes.

Even more fun, I'm dealing with two broken glow plugs with the heating elements stuck in the head (but the threaded part of the plugs removed).
I've got to try and get them out without letting them drop into the cylinder...

Good luck. Maybe you should also find some copper sheet metal to make a new head gasket if you have to take the head off. unless you can get a new one locally.
2mm thickness should do it.

I saw an ezy out extractor set at my local hard ware store, it's on 110 nearest to st 19 double unit nearly opposite the Irish Pub Place. Take a picture with you.

I like these more than the tapered ones as the bite better, although i'd be surprised if they have them here.
