i am thinking of taking an elderly member of the family to SR and trying to figure out the logistics etc. with the least inconvenience in consideration of the said member.
can i expect tuk tuk people to be about the same as here in phnom penh or are they, i don't know, more aggressively minded toward haggle and trouble, the town being what it is? also what is the going rate for, say from the airport to sokha hotel or pub street? or should i just cab it all the time?
incidentally updated/latest recommendations on any restaurants and things to do (for the elderly) aside from the wat all welcome.. thanks!

Karim, there's an enterprising group of drivers on Facebook who advertise on the Siem Riep expats page which you might find useful - Tuktuk Siem Riep. Bookings 855 70 640 990. They were quoting $1 per 2km's.
