Recommending medicine or a urologist
Hi!
Although I always have protected sex via using condoms, I now got an inflammation in my crotch-area near my ballz^^
At the beginning I thought it was a simple pimple - now, 2 weeks later there are 3 of this tpye and they got rly big and start hurting + the area under the skin is very swallowed - so Im starting to worry...
Where can I go to let this quickly check?
Maybe even someone had this as well and knows the accurate medicine/creme for it.....
Regards,
Placebo

Is Gavin Scott in this Forum with his sweet 55$ only-consultion-fee here the answer for everything?

It's not absurd to pay $55 to see a Western-qualified physician who has probably seen and can accurately diagnose every testicle-related affliction that would strike a Western male in Cambodia.Placebo wrote:gavinmac wrote:Why not start with Gavin Scott before going to a specialist?

There's nothing "sweet" about a $55 consultation fee; it's a fucking pittance.
This guy may need to see a dermatologist, or a urologist, or neither, but he's better off starting with a good general practitioner rather than going right to a urologist for what may be a simple skin condition, and rather than asking strangers on the internet for advice on the right "cream" to treat a potentially dangerous infection.

I think Placebo is saying that it's absurd that Dr Scott is commonly the first doc recommended for every medical query on K440.gavinmac wrote:It's not absurd to pay $55 to see a Western-qualified physician who has probably seen and can accurately diagnose every testicle-related affliction that would strike a Western male in Cambodia.Placebo wrote:gavinmac wrote:Why not start with Gavin Scott before going to a specialist?

Having used a number of clinics around town including the big hospitals, I'd say he's the best in terms of bedside manner (during consulting hours, outside not so much) and easily the best in terms of diagnosis of strange things that the tropics does to skin, and that is why he's so readily recommended.
Alternatively, I found Dr. Nadia at MW Medical/Himawari to be a great doc too, with much cheaper consult fees.

There you go again, totally blind to the situation around you, or perhaps just an opportunity to brag. Not everyone has as much money as you.gavinmac wrote:There's nothing "sweet" about a $55 consultation fee; it's a fucking pittance.
It's a lot of money to some people, get used to it.
No comment about gratuitous bad language.
I think the complaint about Scott is why his is the only name thrown out there, same as Garage Bar is always recommended as the only place to go.
Variety is good, and the consumer wins.

Not Tiger Balm for this one....... Deep Heat or Dencorub - might hurt a little, but the outcome will be satisfying..... trust me, I'm a doctor!
To be fair, if I had 3 large swollen pustules appear on my member I'd be going to the best damn doctor in town pronto, even if he charged $55 a minute.vladimir wrote:There you go again, totally blind to the situation around you, or perhaps just an opportunity to brag. Agree, people will do anything when they are desperate.
I'm just not sure the Hippocratic Oath encourages some to take advantage of that.
Pretty sure you could get effective treatment at a lower price, or at least the consultation.
There are many other competent doctors in Cambodia now.
