i need to have something couriered to me from overseas.
landlord insists --- no postal code here. need street address and phone only.
i am not convinced and cannot risk a lost shipment

Somebody may have get money from NGO or something for this "operation postal code"...
Not regular for common people (maybe business have?), but if you get mail they'll bring it to you or come tell that you have mail waiting in postal office.vladimir wrote:There isn't a regular delivery system, is there? Never seen a postman.
Pardon my engrish, thanks you.

If you can not risk a lost shipment then do not have it sent through anything except fedex/she or other courier familiar with cambodia. Not EMS or local post.
