Thai Rangers Capture 13 Migrants Who Were Illegally Crossing the Border

Banteay Meanchey Province: Black uniform clad Thai soldiers (ឈុតខ្មៅថៃ/Royal Thai Rangers/Thahan Prahan) of 1205 company, at 12:40 pm in the afternoon of the 25th of April captured 13 Cambodian citizens, 7 of whom were female and 3 of whom were children, who were attempting to cross the border illegally to look for work in Thailand. They were captured approximately 1000 meters to the north of the (Thai) soldiers’ base in Aranyaprathet District.
Border police officers of the 911 division, Banteay Meanchey Province, who received the returned Cambodian workers from the Thai side informed that the Cambodian workers were captured by Royal Thai Rangers when they were attempting to illegally cross the border.
According to the (Cambodian) police officers, after the Cambodian workers were captured by their Thai counterparts they were returned to the (Cambodian) border police post of 911 division. After this they were educated and made to agree not to illegally cross the border in the future and were allowed to return to their homes on the same day.
Please note, that at 3:20pm on the 24th of April 2015 the border police 911 division at Ou Bei Choan police post captured 17 Cambodian workers, of which 4 were women and 2 children.
Banteay Meanchey Chief of Police H.E. Att Kime, has recently proclaimed a plan to step up patrols to protect the borders and prevent illegal crossings into Thailand.

Economic migrants and others get killed quite frequently on the border.
I know a woman from Anlong Veng whose husband was shot dead just over the border in Thailand where he'd gone to chop Rosewood trees down. Leaving her and an 8 year old kid.

Do they have a list of names of the captured, one of them looks vaguely familiar although I knew him from Kampot!
