I came, I argued, I'm out
We have been looking for decent burgers for awhile. We came close when connecting through Kuala Lumpur, when a Johnny Rockets came out like a mirage. But, the meat was prepared halal, which ends up meaning no flavor.

Now, it's the Internet. Which is 99% pointless drivel for everyone, but everyone's useful or enjoyable 1% is somewhere different. (Just like all other media before it.) This one's surely pointless drivel for 99% of people, certainly us. BUT she prefaces her drivel with a cop-out:
Honking. OK.
Noise. OK.
Trash. OK.
Plastic. OK.
Mold. OK.
Burgers. Wut.
Sugar. Wut.
Variety. Wut.
Feeling big. Wut.
Somehow that's only 9 things, of which 5 I can get. Yeah well duh it's not Switzerland or Canada, who woulda thunk..
I think the blog is just one of these "expat women venting" kinda blog, the middle-aged female equivalent of k440.. judging by the comments, such as:

Now what does she hate about SEA?Hate is a very strong word. In fact, I think like a lot of people, I have a love-hate relationship with the region. Most days, I love it. But, then, there are those days, well, the hate takes over. And, yes, hate is too strong a word. It is really a mild irritation. Or whatever is slightly more than a mild irritation.

I don't see the big deal, she clearly states that she was :
Anyway, just to be helpful - there are these modern devices called ziplock bags that are good for keeping passports in in a tropical climate.
And later:With Husband In Tow, as we follow our stomachs around the world, in search of Adventures in Food!
I feel sorry for her, with that big stomach to look after and such a lame selection of sugary crap breakfast cereals around. Added to that the very limited amount of burger chains, I feel her suffering. There is more to breakfast than banh mi and pho, but there are also more cereals than Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes, Special K, and 8 kinds of chocolate cereal.
