Weight bench, one not so careful male owner, with about 40kg of plates.
A bit rusty and rough around the edges, but will get the job done.
Bought for $140 about a decade ago. Now sell new for $250+.
Can deliver within Phnom Penh. $100 no offers.
I've lost the bolts for the those arm extension add on things. Sure you can find replacements in Russian market.
PM me to arrange purchase.

I haven't been lifting 10 years. Back when I bought these it was for mountain bike racing, so it was volume rather than intensity. When I was doing that my weight went down to a lean 85kg (I'm 6'3").YaTingPom wrote:So you've not added muscle then?
After I stopped doing that my weight slowly crept up to about 94kg (all flab) over a number of years. So about March last year I did a keto/low carb cut and dropped to 88kg in about five months, then began the Starting Strength program (squats / deadlifts / press / bench / cleans, low volume, high intensity).
My weight has now increased from 88kg to 93kg and belt size has gone from a 36" to a 33", I'm still looking a little bloated though as I've been on a 1000 calorie day surplus (a lot of lean meat and full fat milk) to make those gains.
My target was to get all my lifts from beginner to novice level by new years day, and then start learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and begin a cut back down to 90kg. I exceeded my targets by a good margin on the squat and deadlift, made it just about on the press and clean, but missed in on the bench. I've got some shoulder mobility problems on my left side that's been holding back my bench and to a lesser extent my press.
The plan now is to continue linear progression on my bench, and just do enough to maintain my current level on everything else. Maybe I'll do six months of Jiu Jitsu and then come back and try to advance my lifts to the intermediate level.
Er, OK thanks for that.
I've gone from 85kg to 92kg (5" 10) in 12 months beer, burgers. My aim is to stand in front of Felgerchrist and for you not to see him.
MASSIVE!
