I've heard good things, but rarely venture up that lane way.

Ah yes....the old "opening night" photo. For 95% of restaurants and bars the only time they will ever be bristling with *cough* customers.

I've never seen more white people in one spot before. Is this place in Vermont or something?

Yes - where is the food in that picture? A successful restaurant and no food on display only been open 18 months as well http://www.phnompenhpost.com/post-weeke ... ssac-lanka

The picture of the empty restaurant looks quite nice and classy. Filled with these guys it looks shabby and sad. They don't look like the sort of customers who spend the money needed to justify a $165,000 asking price.
I know I'm unloveable. You don't have to tell me. I don't have much in my life, but take it - it's yours.

Just imagine, you fork out $165,000 for this place and,if its as successful as they say then you have to put up with customers like that every night! No wonder they want to sell it after eighteen months!
