Man gets arrested for ordering food and not paying

Postby Miguelito » Fri Feb 09, 2018 1:35 pm

I received a message from two weeks ago:

This man Edmund Melville Felix came to a hotel this afternoon in Phnom Penh, ordered some food but had no money, no passport and credit card. Attached is his picture.

Based on this picture, I am ascertaining that he was then arrested.

I can't believe Miguelito is getting emails showing arrested perps standing in front of whiteboards and then he doesn't even post them for two weeks.

Haha, I just got it today! But I could see that the original message was two weeks ago, so I added that to put it in context when the message said "today".

Come on GM, I wouldn't hold that out on you.

Strange the white board has all writing in English.

Maybe the hotel where he ordered food? Rather than the police station.

Maybe it's an old sign from napalm days.

Could be, but looks like the word "patrol" on there, so I assumed it was the police station.

We've had the fire service come around and do fire drills. The fire service are a police unit here.

I won't bother going into detail on the drills. The main thing I figured out from chatting with the stony-faced fire chief was that if the building went on fire the fire station that would deal with it was 40 minutes away with traffic on a good day. He advised us to piss on a piece of cloth and crawl down the stairwell, that was useful.
