Kampot floods

What's up in Kampot? Has there been a lot of rain? I have seen one post offering emergency accommodation and one photo with water at the mid-calf level.
Does it often flood in Kampot?

In does seem to be a fairly frequent occurrence down in Pineappleville. Probably the fault of late night revellers/Snooky trash/the Chinese.

Rained all night in Pineappleville. No floods though, only large puddles. The puddles were so huge this morning that i had to wash the dogs belly, whereas usually i only have to wash his paws!

Paw Spit,~~ has to wait for rain and puddles, to get a belly wash at best, from his owner

Well Kampot got 10cm of rain last night, and reports are lots of flooding around the area. This link shows a crazy video... I really hope all this plastic doesn’t end up in the ocean:

Correction: Kampot got 100mm of rain last night, as did other places: https://cne.wtf/2018/10/20/10-provinces ... -24-hours/

Does Kampot's reality diffusion field somehow make 100mm different from 10cm?
